I arrived in Ko Phanghan today. After hopping on the back of a scooter claiming to be a taxi, with a huge backpack and two handheld ones, I safely arrived at the resort. I love it. I have a beachfront bungalow with a hammock on the terrace and that's pretty much where I've spent most of my day!
This evening I went to the weekly flea market, which was very crowded and full of utter shite. I headed to an English pub called The Masons Arms which looked totally out of place here. It was dead inside though so I didn't hang around. I went to the night food market where I had some BBQ ribs and chicken, polished off with a banana and Nutella pancake. I didn't fancy drinking anything else so I headed back to my hammock and watched The Sopranos on my iPad. Saving myself for the half moon party tomorrow!
